In the course of building process the homeowner is meeting with vendors to design and make selections ahead of installation. What if we want a partial or total rehab, or restoration of our existing home?

Hibernian Development offers a full set of services to completely renovate your home. Initially, a meeting will be held to discuss your wishes and ideas. Particular attention must be paid to the extent of the work to be undertaken, along with any possible structural issues that may arise. According to your requests a comprehensive budget and a timetable will be drawn up.

What if I need to re-zone?

What is the process of obtaining building permits?

Hibernian can assist and advise with the process of obtaining the necessary permits depending on the type of work to be undertaken.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

Hibernian Development prides itself with the after sale service it provides. As a general rule the homes are warranted for one year after the closing date. Some basic homeowner's maintenance like caulking, sealing and grouting are warranted for six months. All warranty details are covered in the sales contract.

How can I obtain a Certificate of Occupancy?

Certificate of Occupancy is obtained by the builder prior to closing and is provided at the closing of the home.

Can we look at previous projects and talk to homeowners?

We can provide you with referrals and if requested we can arrange a visit to past projects.

Are your homes energy efficient?

Yes, we use Energy Star Appliances and high quality insulation materials.
